As a certified life coach and author, I guide individuals using strengths-based coaching, positive psychology, dopamine-boosting techniques, storytelling, and creative strategies. My extensive experience in corporate communications, learning and development, coupled with advanced training in counseling, psychology, coaching, DEI, and ADHD, enables me to support your unique brain.
